Information you choose to share
When you submit a catering inquiry, we collect your name, email address, occasion, event city and estimated guest count. You may also provide a phone number, venue, event date, menu preferences, service needs, dietary requirements and a message.
Please share only information relevant to planning your event. Describe dietary needs without including medical records or identifying individual guests. Do not submit payment card details, passwords or identification documents through the form.

We use inquiry details to respond to you, discuss availability, prepare menu suggestions and quotes, and coordinate requested catering services. Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a marketing mailing list or confirm a booking.
Where inquiry information goes
The form sends your information to our business email inbox. Your email address is included so we can reply directly. The website does not maintain a separate database of inquiry submissions.

Form entries and menu choices
Form entries remain in the open page when you close and reopen the inquiry panel. They are not intentionally saved in browser storage for future visits. Refreshing or leaving the page may clear them.
If you use the menu planner, your selected occasion, menu and package can appear in the inquiry page address so the form can be prefilled. These choices are not submitted to Drae’s Kitchen until you send the inquiry.
Social links, photography and video
Instagram and Facebook buttons link to external websites. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them. The current gallery serves its photography and video directly from this website rather than through embedded social feeds.
Keeping and protecting information
Inquiry correspondence is held in the business email system and may remain in its archives or backups. Retention depends on whether the inquiry leads to an event and on related business, legal and recordkeeping needs. You can contact us to discuss deletion of your inquiry information.
No website or email system can guarantee complete security. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive details in your inquiry.
Your choices and requests
